Changing lives one coffee at a time
The Blue Tangerine Horsebox Café is a mobile café run by our young people with a range of learning difficulties and special educational needs who attend one of the blue tangerine federation schools St Luke in Redbourn and The Collett in Hemel Hempstead.
The aim is to provide our pupils with independence, confidence and self-esteem to thrive in our big wide world. To help with functional numeracy, literacy and communication skill in real life work experience and prepare them for adulthood.
By supporting us, we can provide our pupils with the transferrable and employable skills that will bring many benefits and enable our children to access opportunities once they leave the educational setting.
We sell delicious hot and cold beverages and the odd snack or two. Please come and support us and see our amazing pupils doing an amazing job.
All profits generated are used to buy resources and equipment that enables pupils to access life in and beyond the classroom.
